We rehearse on Monday evenings from 7pm at the The Rutland Showground, Showground Way, Oakham LE15 7TW.

 

If you are interested in joining us, please contact our membership secretary. There is no audition required.

 

We always welcome new members and any potential new members are invited to come and sing with the choir for two to three weeks in order to decide if we are the singing group for you.

Our term dates for 2024 are as follows:

 

Monday, 9th September 2024 till Monday 2nd December and will include Sussex Carol and a number of jazz acapella christmas pieces.  ​

​

Our Spring Concert 2025 is on Saturday 29th March.  The programme will include pieces by Vivaldi, Haydn and Mozart and culminate in Schubert’s Mass in G.  We will perform with a string quartet and organ, and soloists from within the choir.

 

Our Summer Concert 2025 is on Saturday 12th July and will be a collection of pieces that showcase British music throughout the 20th century, acknowledging the 80th anniversary of the end of the 2nd world war.
