As a registered charity we are required to hold an Annual General Meeting in accordance with our constitution – this normally takes place on a Monday evening before rehearsal to ensure that as many members as possible can attend. This is a formal meeting, with the usual reports from the Chairman and the Treasurer who presents the financial reports for the previous year. The Musical Director also gives a brief report and details the programme for the year ahead.
